Responsible Gaming

cjk444 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a primary source of income. Only play with money you can afford to lose without financial hardship.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life or family, please seek help. cjk444 provides Self-Exclusion and deposit limit options upon user request.

For more details on this, please read our Responsible Gaming page. Applicable for ages 21 and above.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

cjk444 may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud, cheating, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.

For permanently closed accounts, any valid balance will be returned after investigation — however, in cases of bonus-related violations, all or part of the balance may be forfeited.

Users who wish to close their own account may contact us via live chat or email.

Limitation of Liability

cjk444 is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by technical errors or internet connectivity issues.
• Errors or interruptions in third-party game software.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service changes or discontinuation due to legal or regulatory changes.

cjk444 is not liable for financial losses arising directly from gaming. Gaming is voluntary participation and all risks are accepted by the user.
